The prices for vegetarian dishes are overpriced and in my opinion, the rest of the dishes are also too expensive—style over substance, even though the dishes are nicely presented. The falafel dish cost as much as $18. Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with real falafel and was also a few dollars more expensive than a burger. I completely don’t understand this, as the cost of ingredients for a burger is higher, if only because of the meat itself.

The fish balls were dry, and the sauces served with them were too intense.

Yasa Restaurant & Bar is definetely worth checking out and having an incredible dinner and a few drinks here! We had dinner there and it felt like fine dining, with such beautiful atmosphere in a little oasis full with banana and palm trees. The food was sooo good! We tried the tenderloin pork steak with celeraic pureé, the grilled vegetables with tortillas and homemade aioli and mushroom gyoza with spicy sauce and it was soooo good, the flavours are out of this world! Yasa Bar & Restaurant è un posticino incantevole situato all’interno dello Yasa Hotel di Zanzibar è aperto anche agli esterni che non soggiornano presso di loro. L’atmosfera è intima ben curata ed elegante immersa in un rigoglioso giardino tipico di questa terra Meravigliosa. Soggiornando qui abbiamo usufruito ogni giorno sia per la colazione che per la cena . A colazione gli Chef vi delizieranno con piatti sia dolci che salati : morbidi e caldi pan cake abbinati con del miele o frutta esotica fresca o altrimenti potete ordinare vari tipi di Omelette la mia preferita che ho adorato quella con spinaci e feta davvero ottima abbinabili con bacon inoltre favolosi toast con avocado uova strapazzate e bacon da bere succhi freschi di frutta il tutto preparato al momento. Per la cena viene proposta una specialità dello chef ogni giorno ! Il menù offre varie possibilità tutte da provare i felafel e le polpettine di pesce sono ottimi anche la parmigiana che era davvero favolosa i piatti a base di pesce freschissimo ! Anche per i piu piccoli c’è possibilità di scelta buonissimi cheeseburger e anche per loro esiste il piatto dello chef! Passando ai dessert anche qui ogni giorno una specialità : Lime Pie, Magic cake, Banana Brulee al room con gelato alla crema , gelato al Lemongrass …tutti davvero Sublimi. Il tutto sempre accompagnato dalla gentilezza cortesia e cura da parte di tutto lo staff sia della sala che della cucina!
