Jawda Star — Hotel in Unguja

Our experience in the hotel was excellent. On the day of our check-in, the administrator wrote me and asked at what time we would come. It was possible to check in at any time. The room was great. We had a big bed, a wardrobe, a little kitchen with a fridge and teapot (also two cups with plates, tea bags, and coffee), and a bathroom. The air conditioner and switching to hot water worked perfectly. We had a cleaning of our room once in two days; they did it excellently, changed towels, and renewed toothpaste. Also, it was possible to wash clothes; it cost $5 no matter how many clothes, and they brought clothes back kindly packed. Breakfasts were just perfect; portions were big and delicious. The territory of the hotel is pleasant and well-maintained. The staff is extremely nice, kind, and polite. They are really interested in good service and care about every guest. The only problem was WIFI, we were forced to use the nearby hotel’s internet that wasn’t good. We were really surprised because it’s really a low price for that level of service....

Amazing Stay at Jawda Star, Near Nungwi Beach! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic time staying here! The location is perfect — just steps away from the stunning Nungwi Beach. There’s a zoo and a turtle sanctuary right next to us, which was a great experience for both kids and adults.

Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of options to choose from. The area is full of amazing restaurants, so you’re never short of great places to eat.

The rooms are very nice — clean, spacious, and comfortable. On top of all that, the service was truly the best. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone...

The place was near the popular Kendwa and Nungwi beaches and also near high end hotels like Essque Zalu. The neighborhood is cool and serene and the stuff and amazing! We were lucky to be their first clients!...
