I really have to apologize to the staff for having to complain about that place. But I have to really mention it. This is the first time my boyfriend and I have been to the restaurant because it is not far from the condo. But it is the first time and maybe the last time because the service is very bad. The staff are inattentive, standing and talking at the counter the whole time. And we ordered 5 dishes, but 3 dishes were out of stock, which the staff did not inform us in advance. We ordered the food, but we tried to understand because this restaurant may not be suitable for an important meal. But for every mistake, I want the owner or whoever is the owner to know about the service. Point 1, I waited for my food for a very long time compared to the other tables that came after me. Point 2, I sat around the food and the staff came to inform us that the food was out of stock 3 times after we ordered. It made us feel very bad. After we intended to order foie gras fried rice, mushroom soup and fried duck spring rolls, the staff looked angry because we told them many times, even though we told them we did not order these things. The last time they served us wrong was when we ordered Hendrix Gin and Tonic, but they brought Bombay Gin without telling us that it was Bombay. You are in the food and beverage business, do you think? Can't other people tell which gin is which, Hendrick's or Bombay? The prices are different. Read moreAwful food. Awful service. Drinks were so-so. Ambiance was just OK. Toilet/W.C. smelled awful, no organization in place. Tissue was placed anywhere in its original plastic bag. Not even a cabinet in sight for proper storage.
Parma Burrata Pizza - crust seems like it was par-baked then frozen, could compare it to frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Tomato base tasted like nothing (no herbs nor seasoning). The burrata was definitely low quality. Each slice of pizza had a small amount of parma ham.
German Pork Knuckle - OK serving. Was crispy and tender. Just didn’t understand the amount of sauces it had on the side that didn’t pair well with the dish at all (except for the mustard).
Glare Signature Carbonara - SO BLAND. Didn’t taste like much. Just no.
Steak - Was just OK. No wow factor.
We had cocktails such as amaretto sour, tequila sunrise, G&T and etc - just OK.
Service was awful, food took about an hour on a slow evening. Servers didn’t repeat our orders upon ordering. Forgot to serve some of the dishes. Bartender seemed like he wanted to buss out glasses even before finishing your drink.

Was placing order for drinks at the ground floor cafe, and the lovely hotel team suggested that I make a visit to Glare, their newly opened restaurant and bar.
As it was a soft opening, a free drink is also provided on the house.
Glare is a rooftop bar on 6th floor of Cascade Hotel. A reasonably priced food and drink menu; with friendly house team. The cocktail menu is not extensive, but the house team can make recommendations.
A word of caution, which I have also highlighted to the team. There are simply too any steps at the place. Low lighting, dark flooring and guests who may be wobbly from having too many drinks are combination for accident to happen.
