Disappointed coffee, old beans, taste bitterness, not worth for what you pay.
Sick attitude of the founder.
Iced americano that tastes like herbal tonic.
Following what the owner tried to claim that my behaviour was unacceptable, therefore I’d tell what I’ve done and hoped it could educate the owner himself about coffee too.
What was happening was, I ordered Iced americano ฿70 and pay ฿40 for special beans from Ethiopia, natural process, tasting notes were rose, red candy and strawberry.
When the drink was served, in 10 oz plastic cup but the coffee was half of the cup which wasn’t a problem but the test was nothing else than just watery and bitterness.
From experience with coffee myself, I paid extra for what I expected to have but I haven’t got ANY SENSATIONAL TASTES from what the tasting notes said on the card that the owner provided for attracting to customers at all.
Well another owners asked me how was the coffee and I thought it was questioned to get an honest feedback. So before I said me genuinely thoughts, I asked the barista, how he made it because it would be something wrong when he made and brought the taste with such a disappointment.
Barista said he put 20g in, 40-42 ml out as espresso and 26-28 second. Which I share my thoughts and experience as another owner would like to hear. I said 20 g. In, might be a bit much and the time was a bit fast, in my opinion. So I suggested to another owner that YOU COULD TRY a different recipe, it might bring more flavours or executed the tasting notes better. Which evidently, ask the barista and another owner that I NEVER SAID YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR RECIPE AT ALL, he asked my opinion and I told.
But you, a low attitude guy, walked in from nowhere and snapped me with a rotten attitude said “ well used the recipe on my own coffee shop because you wouldn’t changed anything, you paid for barista to set up and it would maintain as it has been”
FYI, I am not sure how much knowledge you have about coffee, but taste it before serving with SUGAR, and if you failed to execute the tasting notes that each coffee made for, you failed as a coffee bar and failed as a barista also failed as a specialist for coffee.
Like you said. I should not step into your business but as CUSTOMER, I paid what I believed I should get. Rather being rude to your barista or your business partner, I shared my opinion with respect and polite but how comes you stepped in with rotten mood, rude and low grade service minds. And kicked me out to get coffee somewhere else if I thought it was expensive. It wasn’t expensive that why I ordered and paid.
How disappointed that, you haven’t reconsidered your behaviour that 1st; you failed as the idea of great customer service, 2nd; you failed deliver a quality cup of coffee which it should value to the price you charged. Instead of check the quality of your products but you blame it on customer.
Last but not least mate, I already paid and I never thought to step back into your cafe why do you think I would get back to get refund. Keep it and pay your bills mate. As there’re super high competition out of your door, go out there and you’ll see how vulnerable you are and how far behind your quality of coffee and worth for the price are.
Stop blaming me and get behind the bar and recheck the coffee you serve, put it in your mouth before asking for someone to...

Big plus to this place because I’m someone who likes to drink coffee late, but the usual café is close whilst this place I was able to get coffee at around 5:30 PM. And it was a good coffee as well!
Prices are good, 80baht 90baht i actually would call cheap because you can sit inside...
Read moreNeat little cafe, it's nice to have one close to the bunch of condos on the road, adds to the neighbourhood with so many restaurants already.
Well decorated, nice atmosphere.
Doubles as a bar at night which I can imagine would be a good place to go after food.
Price point might be an issue with drinks around 95 baht per drink, I feel that's a bit steep, not sure if locals would be ok with that price, given the drinks aren't...
