First impressions.

The food is really good from quality and selection, no complaints there. We had the 698 baht buffet and got what we expected. I really liked the fresh taste of their raw fish (sushi/sashimi). The drinks were fine.

Service-wise, it took almost 30 minutes for me to receive my order of sashimi and sushi. I had staff bring the wrong orders that weren't meant for us about 3 times to our table and they also tried to take away one of my dishes (Chinese cabbage) which I didn't even finish yet. Service isn't terrible and the staff are friendly but still needs improvement.

The place itself is fine, neither terrible nor great. It's relatively comfortable, clean and not too hot with the air conditioning. There's also a decent amount of space inside of the building and at the parking lot. I think they could improve the place by adding some kind of barrier between each table/seat/area to give just a little bit of privacy and maybe add some more decoration or design to improve the atmosphere and make it good. Otherwise, no complaints.

To start, I gave two stars due to the large amount of gnats that dropped in my cup along with the orange soda at the restaurant’s self serve fountain soda machine. I immediately showed one of the employees who apologized and gave me a new cup. The restaurant, however, didn’t properly clean the machine afterwards but rather ran each of the sodas to rinse out the gnats then wiped it down. If you’ve worked in a restaurant then you know this wasn’t an effective cleaning method. Due to their being no gnats flying around tells me they have been in the machine for a while and it probably hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. The nozzles to these machines should be removed and cleaned daily as a closing procedure.

Great service!! Guy was from myanmar and he can speak english as well. Good price point for 399 baht for unlimited! The ribeye was so good! Able to grill it with butter as well and add your own salt! The prawns seafood meat everything was so fresh! Unlimited ice cream and drinks as well. Do not have to pay extra for it. Got free cakes and desserts as well and huge selection of drinks and chilli sauces....
