Starbucks Coffee @ Central Ladprao — Restaurant in Chatuchak Subdistrict

There’s no listing for the 6th floor branch (near Central Ladprao’s cinema), so I’ll leave my review here. The same issues apply anyway. The mall in question is a very busy one, no doubt, but when staff are letting people who don’t even have any drinks or food occupy the already limited tables, that’s beyond what’s reasonable. Both branches were absolutely full, and in both branches, multiple tables were being held up by people who had either finished their drinks or didn’t have any at all. (Nor were they waiting for any, as made clear via observation in the time I spent there waiting for any table to become available.) The staff seemed completely ignorant of the situation, and didn’t even try to address us. Honestly, locals and expats should avoid this whole mall if possible. It’s just a fancier MBK full...

I have spent over 10,000 baht here in the last month, today’s visit after vacationing at Phuket was almost $700 baht. I asked for a packet or 2 of butter, and the server asked for my receipt, and tells me I would have to get charged 15 baht. The normal crew wasn’t here. It’s not the 15 baht that matters, it’s the customer service that hurt my experience, every other location has never tried to charge me.

I tried it today twice the first time was perfect but the second time I asked for 2 tuna sandwich plus orange juice. In begin the worker notice that I'm a tourist so she used her QR to take the points which I don't care but when I got the sandwich they been heated I take a bite then boom unbelievable taste like weird spices... 2nd try I knew there's a problem I open the bread and smell it ..... can't describe the smell..... 100% expired. I send it back they give me money less which I don't care too ... hopefully I won't get poisoned tonight.......
