1. At this day and age you will be surprised to find a hotel still operating in less than 1mbps of internet speed (or not speed). For a supposedly business hotel, you should know that internet reliability is very much needed for people traveling on business. 2)You only 1 have international channel. You should consider that you have a mixed race guests. How do you expect your non Thai guests to enjoy your tv (which has a very bad signal too). 3) As well, you may want to add some shelving on your bathroom so that we can place our toiletries when taking a bath and not just a very small soap dish attached to the shower head. Cleanliness: 4/5. The room was very clean and cannot be faulted for basic cleanliness. However there was some visible mold on the grouting in the shower, which I understand is common but stops the room from obtaining a full score.Location: 5/5. The location is perfect if you have a good sense of direction. Rounding the corner from Pathon Yothin station and walking about 100m you will find a footbridge that will take you across the road to the hotel. Google maps doesn't recognise this so will direct you much further down the road.Service: 5/5. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an automatic check in machine but the member of staff did it all on my behalf.Amenities: 4/5. We stayed here for one week, selecting this hotel as it was “near” a hospital where my wife was having surgery. ||Good room for the price, good breakfast and friendly staff. Three boxes ticked.||However…. CU Inn sits at the apex of a major transport interchange, meaning you have no less than 15 lanes of road and highway right out front. This fact, combined with an array of one way streets, blocked roads, forced u-turns and other Maurits Escher-inspired urban planning, means that everything that appears “near” is actually quite far. ||Not one taxi driver had ever heard of this hotel, even when we showed them the address written in Thai.
