I ordered a sushi and udon set. My wife ordered a salmon salad. We also ordered an appetizer. The appetizer, my wife's salad, and my sushi came out (remember I ordered a sushi and udon set, which comes with sushi, udon, soup, and tamago). The server never checked on us. I waited for the rest of my food and they never came. Thinking maybe the server put in just a sushi order, I decided to ask for the bill as we're done eating. The bill showed my charge of sushi and udon set. I told the server I never got the rest of my food, thinking she just put in the order for only the sushi. Instead of giving me 50% off for that dish, since I didn't get the other half of my meal. She offered 20% off only. Instead of fighting it, I accepted.
This place needs to get its act together. How do you completely forget a customer's meal??? I left hungry and poorer. STAY AWAY...
