I am a fan of Waffle Ice Cream, but today, this branch served me ice cream that did not meet my expectations. It lacked the creamy texture I expected and seemed to contain mostly ice. The staff explained that the ice cream machine was malfunctioning. However, subsequent customers received ice cream of the expected quality. I would appreciate it if someone responsible for maintaining branch standards would investigate this matter thoroughly.
