Been coming here for years and this place has been refreshed. The service is efficient and humble. The price is affordable and the quality above average. This place is not fancy but they pay attention to the details such as making the restaurant accessible with ramps, making it stroller and wheelchair friendly, more dipping sauces, unlimited garlic chili, how the pork set came on top a bed of shredded cabbage- a la Barbigon- bedecked with a raw egg; slim metal tongs for meat grabbing and enough ladles for everyone, and how their menu is printed on the place mats so you’re enticed to try something new. Original branch of Shabu Gu, one of the best shabu in Chiangmai. I ate with this restuarent since it has only 1 branch, it really have a huge development from that point. I recommended black japanese soup (if you love sweet) meat quality is great and vegetable is so fresh, beef will have a little smell but really soft. Japanese pawn is great recommended for seafood lover. Best sauce are ponsu and original one. There is a parking lot in front of restuarent but need to be wait in peak time.

วันนี้ สิ่งที่ได้รับ คือ พนักงานเสริฟผิด เราไม่ได้สั่งเนื้อ แล้วเราทานเนื้อไม่ได้ ซึ่งเราได้เริ่มทานไปชิ้นนึงบางๆ ตามที่คายทิ้งไว้ตามภาพ เรารีบแจ้งพนักงานว่าเราไม่ได้สั่ง...พนักงานมารับจานนั้นไป เราต้องฝืนกิน น้ำซุปที่มีเนื้อแช่ไปแล้ว มันเหม็นมาก สำหรับคนไม่กินเนื้อ เพราะเราเข้าใจ พนักงานต้องรับผิดชอบ ไม่อยากให้เป็นอย่างนั้น พอผ่านไป 10 นาที พนักงานเดินมาบอกว่า ขอคิดเงิน ที่เรา (เผลอกินเนื้อ ที่เราไม่ได้สั่ง และ คลายทิ้งนั้น) เราไม่รู้ว่า ทางบริษัท เทรนพนักงานยังไง หรือ มีนโยบายเสริฟอาหารผิด แล้วมาคิดเงินลูกค้า หรือ อย่างไร คงจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายสำหรับ ชาบูกู ...ลาก่อน
