Update: I decided to bring my family here for dinner on Friday. 30 minutes wait outside for the table. I ordered food immediately after we were seated. Another 30 minutes wait for one of our dishes to arrive. Another 10 minutes for another..then wait..then another. This will be the last time. 555. I give 1 star. ----‐‐------------------------ I came here on Saturday for dinner. There was no line, so I was seated within a minute. Customers need to use the QR code to order. (See photo). If you can't figure out, just get one of the staff members to help you. They are very helpful. My order arrived within 7 minutes. For the price I paid, both the salmon and tuna sashimi were incredibly fresh and tasty. Inside of the restaurant made me feel like I was dining in one of those conveyor belt sushi restaurant (kaitenzushi) in Japan, exceptionally clean and well maintained. I visited Shinkanzen Maya today, and my experience was disappointing due to one particular staff member who I found that she don’t even serve or take orders but just clean and clear the table. The food took over 30-40 minutes to arrive, which I understand can happen when there are a lot of customers. However, when I politely asked one of the ladies about our order, she stared at me with a negative expression for about 10 seconds and then rolled her eyes. Read moreIt was genuinely so bad the service, we ordered at 1:12 and the order wasnt done by 1:32 and btw we didnt even order so much we only ordered two sets of sashimi and we asked the girl wearing the kimono to make it fast but she just took the receipt, didnt say anything and left then we got annoyed and went to refund so after the person in the front started apologising to us even the girl with the kimono started apologising, this isnt even about apologising but the service was so bad and wasted our time since we came with our school we had to be done with eating by 1:40 and we didnt wanna risk it by waiting until 1:35 so yes WORST...
