The Baristro Coffee Roaster — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Very cool modern building with a back garden area looking out onto the river. Good amount of space inside. Great selection of coffee from all over the world, and a lot for retail too. The v60 was brilliant, one of my recent favourites. I unfortunately don't recall the beans I chose! My partner got a cortado with oat milk and really enjoyed it. Somewhere I'd be happy to return to! Update: I did return here and the quality is consistent. They have a lot of drip bags for sale too, so if you're traveling around it's worth picking some up for when you're on the go! GOD know how this rubbish place will get this rating. The environment is nothing special. It's by the river with a few dirty old wooden table chair and a few youngers playing with their mobile phone! A gang of staff standing behind the counter, no smile, no greeting when us (customers) walked in. Still no intention to smile or open their mouth when we asked a question about the drink. You know what - I can teach you a lesson for free (you lucky) : when a customer ask you something, if your answer is no, then you should say No, sorry Sir!! with cute smile. This place is good service from the beginning. Parking attendant will open the door for you. Excellent parking. Nice big spacious property which provides a lot of places to relax and enjoy a nice coffee and a sweet cake. The selection of cakes is a bit small. The potato cake was very good! If you don't like to sweet. 2 roasts to choose from. 4 baristas working which means service is very good. The inside AC seating is good for about 15 people. Outside the chairs are a bit too small for farengs. The grass is nice to sit in. The beautiful view of the river is the show stopper here. ...
