Thyme Time — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Came here because of the good reviews, but the food was pretty disappointing. They make fresh pasta, but for some reason the pasta itself it still wasn't very nice. The carbonara was... well to begin with it wasn't carbonara at all, it was spaghetti bathed in some kind of white sauce, not sure if it was just cream or maybe bechamel sauce, with a raw egg yolk on top and a thin strip of bacon. I don't know what this kind of cream pasta would be called, but whatever it was, it wasn't very enjoyable, especially not if you are expecting carbonara.

The price is a bit lower than other pasta/Italian places in CM, but the portions here are also very small and the quality much lower than most...

Thyme Time Pasta & Grill is a local restaurant situated in a small soi off Suthep Road beside Wat Suan Dok. It serves several homemade Pasta and grilled meat.
