The Pizza Company — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

No pizza at the pizza company.

Arrived 9:20. Close at 10 but saying only takeout available. And that no pizza is available.

Total chaos.

2 girls at entrance never asking me if I want to be seated or make an order. Now manager says pizza available and I can dine in, but no one coming to my table to take my order. Terrible experience. Poorly managed restaurant.

Left after 10 minutes to try to find a proper meal before many restaurants closing at 10pm.

Update: Good news! Chef Sasa - right down the street and with higher ratings anyway - immediately seated me and took my order within 1 or 2 minutes.

Now my wife and I can relax knowing that salad, bruchetta and pizza are...

We went to have pizza for dinner. The waitress told us it was too late and we can just order for take away (I think it was 45 minutes before they close which I don’t find to be extremely close to the closing, but anyway. Maybe it also affected that the staff were having a dinner/party and they just wanted to be chill(?)). After taking our good 5 minutes to choose, the waitress told us that the only available dough was the one with cheese inside or with hot dog. The bad thing was also that those doughs were only available in large size, so we didn’t have much option. Apart from that, the food was good, we got the quality you can expect from a fast...

Service was almost non existent. Walking into the restaurant it was as if I wasn't there. The lady at the till continued to read receipts and it wasn't until I asked if I could take a seat I was pointed to a table. I sat there for about 15 mins then went back to the till using the Google translate app to ask if I could make an order, then I was given a menu and my order was finally taken. The waiting continued, I think they were busy with take away orders so it took at least half hour for my pizza to arrive. Having read previous reviews i opted for medium because they are smaller than portions youd expect in Europe. At least...
