We had been recommended to try this restaurant. We were very disappointed. We ordered our starters and main courses all of which came out at the same time. We sent the main courses back. When we had finished our starters the main courses were brought to us. Presentation was lovely but the two duck massaman dishes were cold and my white snapper was lukewarm and very fatty, I would not serve fish like this. The staff were lovely and the actual restaurant well presented but with hardly anyone eating or in the restaurant it seemed chaotic and we were surprised how this could have gone so wrong. The duck dishes were removed from the bill as they were untouched and a fruit plate was given complimentary. Overall I feel they need to get the basics right and no one should be offered lukewarm food and staff and chefs should know that starters and main courses should not be given at the same time.
