Pronto Pizza - พรอนโต พิซซ่า - حلال — Restaurant in Choeng Thale

Visited this pizzeria 3 times and will be going there again before i leave! Real Italian pizza..hand made by the establishment's proprietor, Chef Atef who trained in Napoli and has made his fabulous pizzas around the world before landing up in Phuket a few decades ago.

I had a made to order veggie special, packed with veggies including mushrooms and bursting with flavour on a thin-crust beautiful base.

The lasagne is another star.. fresh, homemade daily..its what you'd expect if you served it direct out-of the oven... slightly deconstructed but totally delicious..and not a frozen/reheated 'square block' of lasagne one often gets served up...utterly YUMM.

Honestly very bad pizza, don’t believe reviews. I mean, the owner is a nice man, but needs to care of what he is cooking and the quality of his food. My boyfriend had a bad stomach after eating salami pizza for the first time in Asia! And the taste was honestly bad. I couldn’t finish my pizza with shrimps, they were really dry and canned fish with he put there was tasting bad, felt like the can was open for a long and fish was a bit spoiled. Plus to all bad experience which we had, my mango juice was not a juice but sugar syrup with water which he put into dirty glass with used straw! Also my boyfriend ordered water and salami pizza and he brought coke and mushroom pizza instead! And had to change it. I understand that it is just a place by the road, no high demands, but don’t go if you don’t want to risk...

Last night my girlfriend ordered a margarita pizza from grab from this restaurant. The pizza was extremely undercooked, the dough was uncooked in the middle and rock solid on the outside when we received the food. Only one slice was eaten until we weren’t physically able to put the pizza near us. My girlfriend now has stomach problems and has been sick all day because of the pizza.
