Papillon Restaurant — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

Came here for coffee, no problem. After 20mins of chilling here, we went to order food & they refused to serve us because I was here with my service dog.

We were sitting in the far corner of the balcony with no one else around.

Kan, was a very pleasant waitress who served us coffee & provided menus. It was the manager who made a big deal out of nothing.Kan should be promoted to manager.

UPDATE: Changed from 1-star to 3-star. Kan came back to apologise on behalf of the manager and showed genuine remorse, however, no offer of service recovery & still needing to go elsewhere...

I booked the rooms and dined in at hotel for 2 days. There are Thai, Italian cuisine and taste is actually beyond my expectation. Especially Thai foods, taste is real good and my parents really enjoy it. While seafood platter is rather simple. Recommend to book the seats in advance. Staff is very attentive and polite. We were four and we ordered their scallops salad, some pasta with crab meat and some curry. The flavor was originally intense of spices. A bit too hot for us but still was a fine dining. For the scallop salad, I found it light in flavor and the scallops were not seared enough to give aromatic flavor. The salad was not served with bread and we had to request for it.
