I went to Zabb One Ratchada, and it was a flavor explosion of Isaan goodness! 🌶️🤤 I came ready for some seriously zesty and spicy Thai food, and it was a culinary adventure that left my taste buds dancing! 💃🔥 I visited this place with my foodie friends, and we ordered a feast that was both delicious and daring. From the somtum that had the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy to the grilled meats that were tender and smoky, every dish was a winner! 🏆😋 I felt like I should have brought a fire extinguisher for my tongue, but it was so worth it! 🚒😂 However, let's be real – even for a spice lover like myself, an authentic Isaan restaurant can sometimes feel like a real-life game of "how much chili can I handle before I spontaneously combust?" 😅 And while the food was undeniably amazing, my forehead definitely glistened with a light layer of sweat afterwards. All that chili makes it hard to resist another bite, even when you're feeling the burn! 🥵 Overall, if you're looking for an authentic and seriously flavorful Isaan experience, Zabb One Ratchada is a must-try! It's vibrant, it's zesty, and you're guaranteed to leave with a happy (and slightly numb) mouth. I came away feeling completely satisfied, even if I sometimes felt like I was participating in a synchronized chili-eating contest with a hundred other spice enthusiasts. Just remember to bring your appetite, your sense of adventure, and maybe a cold drink to cool...

Authentic Thai food. There were no other ex-pats in that entire restaurant. They have a menu in English but you have to request it. There are flies everywhere so if that bothers you you should avoid this place.

Deep fried duck chin was too crispy and difficult to separate the meat from the bones. Tasted good, though.

Som tum seafood was perfect Thai food. Nicely spicy and full of blue crab, squid, and shrimp.

Grilled salted fish and grilled shrimp were exactly what you expect. Chili lime sauce was typical Thai.

Mango sticky rice Was an excellent dessert. Nicely done.

Everything is available for takeout and delivery by motorcycle.

440 baht for a som tum, duck chin, and mango sticky rice, including a bottled water.

Take MRT exit 3 at Thailand cultural Center. Turn right and walk about 50 m down the sidewalk, it is...

A truly authentic taste of Thai cuisine, these traditional dishes are basic dishes for working class. These dishes were made to be share, visiting with a group of friends or family are a perfect dining out experience.

The location is truly unique, being located at a side road of the junction. Visitors are better off arriving by public transport on either side of the road, then use the crossing bridge to get to the place.

The selection are variety from traditional Thai Somtum to deep-fried duck mouth. As these dishes are popular amongst working class, the price for these dishes will not break your piggy bank.

Seats can be reserved in advance for large group of diners, it is...

The crab fried rice is really different here, moist and they give you numerous crab chunks. The pla pao ปลาเผา is good as usual but for some reason many places don't serve it piping hot (not only this place) which would up the gastronomic experience by a whole lot. Maybe try ordering steamed mussels instead of grilled mussels so they might come juicier. Beer is also served here. Will definitely eat at this place again, which explains the popularity. It is always full house here, and the service is efficient despite the crowd. There seems to always be an English speaking waitress available to take orders from non-Thai speaking patrons.

A very nice traditional Thai street food restaurant offering a huge variety of Thai/Issan dishes. The crispy pork with basil leaves (grakow mookrob) was exceptional, although we had to order more of the crispy pork because they dont really give a lot if ordered on top of rice. Fried Chicken, grilled pork + sticky rice was excellent. There is no air con and only outdoor seatings like typical street food places, but there are fans everywhere it is not so hot. Quite convenient to travel with just a few minutes away from the Cultural Center MRT/subway station. Also on food delivery apps such as Lineman.
