I went to this restaurant on August 22, 2024. From the moment I walked in until I paid the bill, I didn’t see a single smile from the staff. I understand that they might be tired, but they had no willingness to serve. I have a discount card for this restaurant, and normally, I just need to give my phone number to use it. I just visited at the end of last month and was able to use my phone number for the discount at this same branch. But this time, the staff told me that without the card, I couldn’t get the discount and that I should bring it next time. What?? So, I asked the staff if I wouldn't get a discount this time, and they said they would apply it now but not in the future without the card. The staff previously told me that I could just show a picture of the card or give my number. I've never had an issue at other branches, so I'm confused why this staff member spoke to me like I was in the wrong. I'm not asking to eat for free. Even without the discount, I can afford to pay, but I don't like that the staff had no service mind. The discount was only 400฿, which is a small amount. What are the rules for using the discount card? I have a 30% discount card, which is not something everyone has. Shouldn’t the staff know why I have this card and treat customers well? They should politely say that I need to bring the card next time due to a policy change. But did the restaurant really change its policy? Please respond. After I finished the bill, they reminded me again that I must bring the card next time or I won’t get the discount. Authentic mala hot pot with good menu selections. The service all around is great, although some billing system (whatever they call it) is just inhumane. My friend made a mistake with an order and attempted to issue with the staff immediately for cancellation on some items, the staff simply refused to cancel - not stating any reasons whatsoever why it cannot be cancelled. The service was efficient and quick, so I don't believe the issue here is with the staff but how the system could not process a simple cancellation on some food orders (when we even had some other dishes to order in mind). To add the unpleasant surprise, the first few plates the staff had brought to our table were the dishes we made the mistake ordering. We had already told them first thing before those plates came in, that we wanted to cancel but they just wouldn't allow it - and intentionally making it difficult to enjoy what was supposed to be a good mala dinner. I am offended both on the service and integrity of these restaurants - they seem to care only on making money and the rest doesn't matter. The restaurant is busy and popular, but I will place this review as a red flag for this insincerity. They definitely have no problem throwing off customer's good experience as well as THROWING AWAY their food - very disrespectful and reckless!

One of the most popular Mala hotpot in Bangkok. The place is lovely decorated with the pandas greeting you in the front. Inside the ceiling is painted as the sky, beautiful. What amazed me here is they have many ingredients from variety of meats and seafoods to crocodile meat and pork brain, hundreds of ingredients I think. My brother said you can bring your own ingredients if it doesn't in the menus and you can also bring alcohol drinks without extra charge also. That's very generous. You can order via the tablet which UI is easy to use and every menu has a picture. The ingredients were all fresh the soup was tasty and the dipping sauce is good. This is the first time I had pork brain. This sure will be the experience in my memory. The service is systematically good. The waiters can speak Thai, Chinese and English. The price is acceptable as I think it is an upscale restaurant. If you apply for the membership today (for 199 I'm not sure), you will get 30% discount.
