I visited คุณชายชาบูบุฟเฟ่ต์ สาขา ห้วยขวาง (Kunshine Hotpot 二少爷&田园椰子鸡火锅 - Huai Khwang Branch) around 5 PM and was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered the 599++ THB buffet. The experience was disappointing for several reasons:

Menu discrepancies: Some dishes, particularly the beef, didn't match the appetizing images on the menu.

Unavailable items: Many of my orders were missing. When I inquired, I was told that several menu items were unavailable. This should have been communicated before ordering, especially since I was the only customer.

Long wait times: There was a significant delay between my first and second orders. Instead of serving dishes as they're ready, they bring everything at once, resulting in extended waiting periods.

Staff knowledge: The staff seemed poorly informed about the menu. Some couldn't identify meat types.

The one positive aspect was that staff consistently cleared empty plates from the table.

Overall, the lack of transparency about menu availability and the subpar service quality made for a frustrating dining experience. The fact that these issues occurred when I was the only customer in the restaurant is...

My friends and I had a great time at the buffet, which cost THB599++ (not including VAT and service fee) per person and included unlimited drinks. The restaurant is newly opened and has only a few available tables. The staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. A nice thing about the restaurant is its proximity to MRT Huai Kwang (exit 4), just a few minutes walk from the exit and near the famous Erawan Shrine. There is a wide variety of options including lamb, beef, seafood, pork, and chicken, and the food quality is consistently fresh and excellent!
