Yellow Bar (House of Yellow) — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

We are from Taiwan. We went to “Yellow” to enjoy our last night in Bangkok. The live band, food and drinks were super awesome. The vibe was so chill and cheerful. Everyone were singing together. There was an unexpected situation happened that one of my friend was lost his phone when we back to our suite. He was so worried and we decided to go back to the bar at 2:00 a.m. We talk to a waitress called “Nicky” who could speak English and she helped us to find the phone and let us check the monitor in the bar. Unfortunately it seemed not in there. After some complex situations we had contact to the taxi driver from the Grab app. And Nicky helped us to talk to the driver. Finally we found his phone on the back seat of the taxi. My friend even cried for it. Thanks to all the waiters and waitresses in “Yellow”. Their service and kindness was so great. Especially thanks to Nicky who help us to solve all the situiation. Because of her my friend was finally get his precious phone back. What a special experience. On the evening of October 19th, my friends and I dined at YELLOWbar, marking the end of our trip. Hearing Sharkylahm perform Coldplay's "Yellow" made the night incredibly special. However, upon leaving, I realized my phone was missing. We returned to YELLOWbar and discovered it had been left in a taxi.

The staff at YELLOWbar were extremely helpful, offering various forms of assistance, including reviewing surveillance footage and providing clues.

Ultimately, with the help of my friends and the YELLOWbar staff, Nicky contacted the taxi driver and accompanied us to the driver's residence, where we successfully retrieved my phone.

I am deeply grateful for the selfless assistance from Nicky and the YELLOWbar staff, and this experience left a profound impact on me.

I have decided that I will definitely visit YELLOWbar again the next time I am in Bangkok, and I will make sure to keep my phone on a chain around my neck. I promise!!
