Isaan Thai food is some of the best in the country and this place does it really well! My wife and I tried this place for the first time and we will definitely be back!
Delicious food, great service, and at amazing price points. We had grilled chicken, grilled pork neck (super juicy) and one sum tum and one mango salad with two sticky rice. All of it but the right spot!
The tables on the outside are more traditional Northeastern style, with a roof, but the inside seating is regular tables and chairs. It's a bit hot weather wise inside, so it's best to grab a seat at one of the tables facing the street.
Their shakes are also great! All in all we paid less than $20 USD for all of our food for two people which you just can't beat in the area. Our waitress was handling all 6 tables on her own. She handled everything like a boss! Also, when you say not spicy ....they actually bring it not spicy! Many restaurants don't really wash their cookware between meals and customers, glad to see that Duck Spicy Kamala does!

The BEST minced duck salad so far. Everything else we tried was great, but Minced Duck Salad is a must try!!!!
WARNING: This place is specialized in Esarn food!! So try Central Thai cuisine or western food at your own risk. As I wouldn't order other dishes than what they're specialized in 🤩
We had 2 duck salads, one of my guest doesn't eat duck (because duck doesn't taste good). She tried and we have to ordered the 2nd plate. Green curry (was so so), Stir fry flat noodle with black soya sauce, Intestines with chili and Tamarind soup, Papaya salad with fresh prawn, 2 portions sticky rice, 4 fresh coconut and a bottle of water. We paid 900 baht.
We arrived at lunch and the place was empty. So it was easy to park our car, along the street.
The restaurant is decent and clean. The service was great and attentive, and the owners are so friendly.
This is my to go for Esarn food in Kamala and will...
Read moreWe came here most days during our stay apart from the days they were closed and I cannot fault it at all. Menu was very large and cheap with so many options, and everything we tried was faultless. Very tasty and high quality food, despite their such cheap prices. I was very worried about eating in Thailand but when we found here I felt very comfortable. On one of the days they were closed we found somewhere else to eat but the food was such poor quality, more expensive and even left us with food poisoning. Here there is quick service, friendly staff and they never are in a rush to bring you the bill and make you leave. I’ve never seen more appreciative and happy workers to see us return most days. Every single staff member greeted you and said their thanks and goodbyes. A really great family run business and if we are ever back in Phuket, I will...
