This restaurant has quickly become one of my absolute favorites, and it's easy to see why. The setting is simply spectacular, especially during the evening hours when the sunset creates the most breathtaking backdrop for dinner. The atmosphere is perfect for families, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal here with the kids. What makes this place even more special is the swimming pool area where children can play and splash around, making it an ideal family destination. The kids were entertained while we adults could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The food here is exceptional - every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. However, I must give special mention to their signature FUSILLI with sea urchin, spring onion, butter, yuzu zest bisque, chili flakes, and bottarga. The aroma of the crab bisque was incredible, and the flavors were simply outstanding - truly the best I've ever tasted. The service staff deserves high praise as well. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was flawless from start to finish. As if the food and ambiance weren't enough, the evening entertainment takes this restaurant to another level. The fire dance show at night was absolutely mesmerizing - our children were completely captivated by the spectacular fire performance, and honestly, so were we adults! This restaurant offers the perfect combination of excellent cuisine, beautiful atmosphere, family-friendly amenities, and entertaining shows. We will definitely be returning soon, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining...

I had the pleasure of dining at Pine Beach Bar at Intercontinental Phuket Resort, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was truly outstanding, starting with the handcrafted cocktails "No Monkey Business" and "The Last Samurai." Our choice of Tuna Ceviche and Fish no Chips was delightful.

What truly set this experience apart was the impeccable service provided by Khun Matty, Khun Yui, and the entire team. Their attention to detail and ability to recognize my name and elite status ensured that the service was of the highest standard, in perfect alignment with the Intercontinental Life standard. It's safe to say that this is one of the best Intercontinental properties I've had the pleasure of visiting.

I came to the Pine Beach Bar for two reasons. First, it was a place that I was interested to check out anyway. Second, I was early for my dinner reservation at hom restaurant, also on the Intercontinenal property. The bar is situated on the beach and has several seating areas. The prime tables by the beach all had “reserved” signs. When I asked to be seated, they directed me to the stools by the bar (and away from the action). I presented my case. I was not going to be there for long, only 45 minutes. Furthermore, I have actually traveled from Los Angeles to be here on my birthday (all this is true). Immediately, the head person appeared and offered me a reserved table by the beach. There was a nice breeze and the vistas were spectacular. The beach area is not a calm bay.
