I recently visited Eat Smith with my family and had a mixed experience. While the food was enjoyable, the service fell short of expectations.

We experienced significant delays in receiving two of our four meals, with the fish and chips and chicken salad taking a notably long time to arrive. What's more, other customers who arrived after us, received their dishes before we did.

The staff we interacted with seemed disengaged and unfriendly, and when we requested to speak to a manager, no one came to address our concerns or apologize for the wait.

Given the issues we encountered, I would suggest that Eat Smith focus on improving their service standards, including staff training and communication. With some attention to these areas, I believe Eat Smith could provide a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers.

I had dinner here about 4 times and I enjoyed it 3/4 times because the food tasted different once. I almost gave a 3 star because I really dislike inconsistency in any business. I still gave 4 stars because food was actually that good 3/4 times I visited. I even had my birthday dinner there.
