This place has awesome funky decor and a nice chill vibe. They serve you this delicious salted plum drink as you arrive and based on that I asked the bartender to recommend me a cocktail. He brought out a fresh passion fruit, rum and absinthe drink which was on fire- soooo good. The food was solid, and reasonable. ผมสั่งอาหารจากร้านนี้ผ่าน Grab ด้วยความคาดหวังว่าจะได้ลิ้มรสเมนูโปรดที่เลือกไว้ แต่กลับกลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีนักครับ

เมื่อได้รับอาหารและเปิดถุงออกมา กลับพบว่าออเดอร์ผิดไปจากที่สั่ง เมนูที่อยากกินหายไป และสิ่งที่ได้มาก็ไม่ตรงกับความต้องการ ผมจึงรีบติดต่อทางร้านเพื่อแจ้งปัญหา

ทางร้านเสนอวิธีแก้ปัญหาโดยการคืนเงินส่วนต่างหรือให้ผมสั่งออเดอร์ใหม่ แต่ปัญหาคือสิ่งที่ลูกค้าคาดหวังจากการสั่งอาหารคือการได้กินสิ่งที่สั่งไว้ ไม่ใช่เพียงการได้รับเงินคืนหรือเสียเวลาและเงินเพิ่มเพื่อสั่งอาหารใหม่ ทั้งนี้ หากเลือกวิธีสั่งใหม่ ลูกค้าก็ต้องเสียเงินค่าส่งและค่าอาหารเพิ่มเองอีก ซึ่งไม่สมเหตุสมผลเลย

อยากให้ร้านพิจารณาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดีกว่านี้ เช่น การส่งเมนูที่ถูกต้องมาให้ใหม่โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม เพราะความผิดพลาดเกิดจากทางร้านเอง การบริการลูกค้าด้วยความใส่ใจและรับผิดชอบอย่างแท้จริงจะช่วยให้ลูกค้าอยากกลับมาใช้บริการอีก

I ordered food from this restaurant through Grab, hoping to enjoy my favorite menu item, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience.

When the food arrived and I opened the bag, I found that the order was incorrect. The dish I wanted was missing, and what I received did not match my preferences. I immediately contacted the restaurant to report the issue.

The restaurant offered solutions such as refunding the price difference or asking me to place a new order. However, what customers expect from ordering food is to receive exactly what they ordered—not merely a refund or having to spend more time and money placing a new order. If I chose to reorder, I would have to pay for additional delivery and food costs, which is unreasonable.

I would like to suggest that the restaurant consider a better solution, such as sending the correct dish free of charge. Since the mistake was made by the restaurant, taking responsibility and showing genuine care for customers would encourage them to return and use the...

令人感動！我會願意為了這家餐廳回來北碧，這就是這個餐廳好吃的程度！不敢說吃過了多少世界各地的餐廳，但我第一次理解了所謂「值得為一家餐廳製作一趟旅程」的感覺！每道料理真的都讓人感動且美味，也許我說的會讓人覺得誇張感，但真的就是如此美味，只是剛好住在隔壁的旅館，所以與家人就取個方便而已，但完全沒想到卻成為了讓我念念不忘的晚餐！毫無疑問，此次旅程最佳餐廳！

餐點充滿創意，調味精準恰到好處！肉品熟度香氣濃郁但又入口即化、唯一唯一缺點，沒有小姪女們要的watermelon smoothie,但完全不影響餐點的完美！

感動しました！ このレストランのためだけに、またカンチャナブリーに来たいと思えるほどの美味しさでした！世界中のレストランを食べ尽くしたとは言えませんが、「一軒のレストランのために旅をする価値がある」という感覚を初めて理解しました。どの料理も感動的で、本当に美味しかったです。誇張していると思われるかもしれませんが、それほどまでに素晴らしい味でした。たまたま隣のホテルに泊まっていたので、家族と一緒に「近いから」という理由だけで訪れたのですが、まさか忘れられない夕食になるとは思いませんでした！間違いなく、この旅で最高のレストランです！

料理はどれも創造性にあふれ、味付けのバランスが絶妙でした。肉料理は香り高く、完璧な火入れで、口の中でとろけるほど柔らかかったです。唯一の唯一の欠点は、姪たちが欲しがっていたスイカスムージーがなかったこと。でも、それを差し引いても完璧な食事でした！

Absolutely incredible! I would be willing to come back to Kanchanaburi just for this restaurant—that’s how good it is! I can’t claim to have dined at countless restaurants around the world, but for the first time, I truly understood what it means when people say, “A restaurant worth making a trip for.”

Every dish was both touching and delicious. It might sound like an exaggeration, but the flavors were genuinely that amazing. We originally chose this place simply because it was conveniently located next to our hotel, but little did we know it would become an unforgettable dining experience! Without a doubt, this was the best restaurant of our trip.

The dishes were full of creativity, and the seasoning was absolutely spot-on! The meats were cooked to perfection—deeply aromatic yet meltingly tender. The only tiny drawback was that they didn’t have the watermelon smoothie my little nieces wanted, but that didn’t take away from the perfection of the meal at all!
