“Kanom-jeen” that’s what we, Thai-people, called this dish. It’s plain white noodle and you can choose various type of Naam-ya, like a salad dressing, to add on top of Kanom-jeen. Naam-ya have different ingredients and tastes, some are hot and spicy, some are creamy and a lil bit sweet.
Today I choose Naam-ya Puu(which means crab in Thai). It’s creamy, yummy, and provide 1 crabby on top of my plate. There are another topping you can choose to add by yourself, plenty of veggy, boiled egg, and side dish called “Hor-mok” which is also good.

We ate wonderful crab curry on rice noodles with a delicious choice of condiments and fresh herbs on the table. We loved it so much my partner and I asked for more and ordered a plate of the peanut curry with side of fish curry.
