The first impression was quite good with quite cosy-looking interior and quite extensive menu woth Thai and European items. Then the problems started. It took a very long time to get orders places after the menus were handed over. Wrong dishes were brought to table, even after they were first declined. Partial orders were delivered with e.g. rice totally missing which made it impossible to eat. Some dishes were not complying with what was promised in the menu. After a long and intensive struggle, we got something to eat - and that was of moderate quality. And after this began th real show: When we asked for a check, it took a long time and was including the items that we had cancelled due to the extra long time waiting and not having relevant side dishes available anymore. So the billed sum was wrong and wer asked for a new check. Wrong again. A new check and wrong again. We rejected it and then the manager was coing to shout at us and threatkning us ´mafia-like´ that if we do not pay something very bad will happen to us. No willingness to accept feedback on very bad customer experience, but shouting and threating on direct violence. Regarding the hassles, the neighbouring tables seemed to have same kind of problems as us. In summary, this place is currently a shame for Karon Beach, Phuket and Thailand. You should never visit this place, unless this is the last place gor get some food in Phuket. If you are the owner of this place (and not the manager that we met), get rid of this this manager guy...

We have been twice in this place. They are very good to attract the foreigners but once inside they forget about you. This is what happened to second time we have been there. We waited a lot for the prawns and instead to bring the quantity selected they gave less pieces. One girls tried to justify it but she said come tomorrow we will give you more. This was unfair. The fish is fresh and price in the average. Some crabs are very good some others (red) really empty. It’s the usual touristic place. Guy put together a seafood set for us. Tried to raise price and i remembered it was place next door that had the better set the night before. Offered me price of the other place the night before but less shrimp, mussels, squid, and octopus, plus took away the one big fish. We were only 2 people so we were ok with that. Then we never received our crab which was in the set. It just disappeared and when we asked he said there was no crab. Rarely am i cheated in Thailand. Do not go to this place. They will scam you.
