January 3rd, 2023 about 12:10 PM Me and my partner came to get massage again, and we asked 2 hours massages as last night, I paid 1400 B, and the old lady (owner) asked to my partner again separately pay? I said: why? I have paid 1400B.

After we got an hour massage, and the old lady claimed she didn’t receive 1400B, and only 700 B.

And they asked me to wait to check their broken camera, They said they camera broken. They asked me to wait in the hotel, they will check their money if it’s correct inside of cashier… they made us came over 3 times.

And the old lady keep saying I only paid 700B, she said she is pretty sure I only paid 700B, than why in the beginning she wasn’t sure???!!!!

She said I gave her 700 with a 500 bill but I am 100% sure I only a 1000 bill and fee hundred in my wallet.

And the other client who was inside the same time who must heard we asked 2 hours massages…. They asked me came back later, bc there won’t have other witnesses.

We had 4-6 massage ladies in our 6 nights here, massages ladies are all doing great job. But sadly they play is money...

The lady with the white ribbon and blue contact lenses is very nice and friendly but there are lot of questions regarding the quality of the work. Me and my friend went there for manicure and pedicure (700 BHT per person) because of the high reviews (which we have to take with a pinch of salt from now on), but the staffs who did our nails had a big gap in terms of the type of service we received and the skill. I received additional service like scrub and polishing while my friend didn’t receive any of that although we were paying the same amount for the same service. Clearly there is inconsistency what kind of service are included. Another problem was the quality of the service, the nails were not done properly and took very long time (we went there at 1pm and finished around at 6pm).
