It was stunning amazing food here. I ordered Khao Pad Nam Prik Ta Dang: typical Thai dish and known mostly by Thai people at age above 70. Khao Pad means fried rice. I am Thai who favors my thai food. This dish is delicious at the first bite. Rice is cooked well and good quality. Neither too sweet, nor salty. Dried fish is warm and crispy like it should be. The boiled eggs are well cooked, not to hard which hardly to find in regular restaurants. It is rare to find an original thai food in regular restaurants, but here. The chef cooked and decorated the dish perfectly. This restaurant located in the Krabi Boat Lagoon. Of course, surrounded with yachts and many super luxury boats. The staffs here are friendly and have a service-mind. The restaurant was decorated that looks cosy, clean and relaxed from the small pool in the restaurant. I recommended this restaurant as one of the best thai food restaurant. At the present it is hardly to find the original taste of Thai dishes, but you can find it from...
Read moreI was with a group tour to Phi Phi Island today and we concluded with a buffet lunch at the SoHo Pool Club. The food was delicious and the service provided by the staff was great! I’m not sure what prevented him from coming over and greeting me the same as everyone else. I was the only black man with this tour and I was the only person sitting alone quite visible. If the manager did not see me then that poses a different concern for me. To the manager, overall people want to be seen, heard and/or listened to and know that they matter. That was not my experience from you. Please ensure that you greet all of your patrons during your next round of...

My husband and I come here often since we love the Pad Thai here. We were here for lunch again and we’ve already ordered our meals and drinks. However I needed to take my medication before the meal and I saw a big jar of water at the counter and asked whether I can have a small glass. The girls at the counter refused and said it was only for the boat people and I can buy a bottle. I had no problem to pay and even offered to pay for my glass of water but they still said no.
I am also in service industry and my experience is it’s good to have rules but also we need to be more flexible to cater to customers’ needs. As a frequent customer here I don’t think we’ll come back as often since this has left a negative...
