The Sisters Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

We thought based on the reviews it would be great food, however it was a total letdown. We ordered Chicken Cashew Nut, Green Curry rice, two shakes and the Chocolate cake dessert. The shakes (Banana and Coconut) were good. The Chicken Cashew nut was without rice, despite costing 180THB. When we tried it, it tasted like it was made with curry Ketchup somehow?! The Green Curry Rice was rice, where some green curry was mixed into. It was pretty tasteless and dry. The Chocolate Cake dessert should be like a Lava cake, with a molten core, however the whole cake just had a crust on the outside and everything else was not done. Some more baking time would’ve probably prevented this. In the end, we still liked the atmosphere there despite the occasional sounds from the workshop across the street :) Having said that, because of our personal experience we cannot recommend...

Have eaten here twice in 2 days when you find a good Thai restaurant hard not to resist and come back. I had the green curry and been travelling 6 weeks and by far the bets I have come across for me this restaurant is perfect.

The quality of the food is perfect. The prices are very reasonable for the portion size

Even the cocktails are amazing

The staff are amazing and friendly I highly recommend this place and have eaten alot of Thai food

A nice and a bit crowdy popular restaurant. People had to wait at rush hour, we got there just before all and every one wanted dinner. Prices are ok although I think the portions could be a bit larger for the price. Tastes good, did not scrimp with the seafood which we have seen some do (to fill out with vegetables). One of us got the wrong dish and the waitress unfortunately tripped and spilled drinks on the table beside us.. Still the...
