Lady luck tattoo studio koh lanta — Local services in Ko Lanta Yai

There were three tattoo artists when I went in March 2024. One was exclusively for the bamboo tattoos ( I believe), the other two for normal machine tattoos.

I had the younger one and my partner the more experienced one.

All three artists have been very friendly and patient.:-)

My tattoo turned out better than expected, although the healing process so far has been quite disastrous. The red part you see on the tattoo pic has turned pink. As an eternal optimist, I still believe once out of the healing process, the pink will come out a bit darker.

Was a bit surprised with some reviews about the pricing and how much cheaper getting a tattoo there is. My experience was different, would have paid 20-30% more in Berlin. Don’t get me wrong, still...

Wow, where to begin. First of all the people that work here are phenomenal. They urge you to be open and honest with them about your vision and never make you feel silly about your ideas. They work with you in a positive and open manner that allows communication to flow easily. They are upfront and willing to work with your budget and they respond within minutes of messaging them. Secondly, the work that is coming out of this shop is clean as f#!k. Bold beautiful traditional tattoos or dainty thin pieces are available from this shop. I had an incredible experience at this parlor and highly recommend them. I came in for a consultation and they patiently listened to my thoughts and ideas and were able to send multiple sketches within hours and booked an appointment perfectly within my schedule the next day. The appointment itself was smooth and comfortable (the shop is clean and staff are very friendly) and I am thrilled with the end result. They also let me leave my luggage here for a while as I waited for my ferry, helped arrange a taxi at a reasonable price and overall went the extra mile for me at every opportunity.
