Tuesday Morning on Koh Lanta is a delightful spot that truly stands out for its charm. The combination of good food, excellent drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere makes it a must-visit if youâre on the island.
Food and Drinks The menu has a mix of both Thai and Western options, which is great for variety. I tried their tofu scramble with baked beans, and it was excellentâfresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. My partner had the French toast, which was light, fluffy, and perfectly sweetened. For drinks, the mango smoothie was refreshing, and the cappuccino was made just right, with smooth, rich coffee. They also offer alternative milks like almond and coconut, which is a nice touch.
Atmosphere The setting here is wonderfulâcasual, cozy, and beautifully decorated. You can sit outside and enjoy the sea view, which adds to the laid-back vibe. The staff are friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely happy to be there. Service was quick, and they speak good English, so ordering was easy.
If youâre looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal, great coffee, and a lovely view, Tuesday Morning is perfect. Itâs the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time just soaking it all in. Highly recommended for anyone...
Read moreI came across this place by chance and was ushered in by the warm and friendly owner who spotted a lone traveller in need of a 'home from home' environment, which instantly made me feel so welcome. When ever I return to Koh Lanta, I take a few visits to Tuesday Mornings as I often find I need a break from Thai food and Tuesday Mornings is just the place. They do really fabulous breakfasts which are beautifully presented and all with a unique twist.
The café is set on Klong Hin Beach and has gorgeous views of a rugged calm bay, which I find very chilled and relaxing. The vibe there is always very calm and the staff are very efficient and attentive. The speed of service is surprisingly fast for the quality and presentation and clearly have worked out their customer base like a certain style of service.
I really appreciated the attention to detail with the food and meals are garnished with seasonal sprouted sun flowers. There seems to be a bit of a cat café vibe there too as I have seen the most nonshelent felines hanging around...
Read moreWe were told to visit Tuesday Morning Cafe by someone we got chatting to who said they had really enjoyed it. It was a rainy so day so we decided to hire a scooter and head along. We were the only people there, weather was terrible so only one table we could use that would keep us dry. I ordered the french toast ham and cheese toastie - it was lovely and would defo return for this. However my hubby ordered the devils chorizo bowl and was underwhelmed said he wouldn't return. My daughter who has the whole time been doing amazing eating Thai food said she fancied some crispy chicken and sweet potato fries. - crispy chicken was very little chicken and the batter was extremely powdery to the point she couldn't eat them, sweet potato fries we were looking forward to undercooked. Such a shame as the menu looked so promising. So we would return but everyone would order the ham and cheese French toastie. We thought it was very expensive for what it was we left disappointed as we had been looking...
