Sozapp Street Cafe's 街头食品)泰国美食 — Restaurant in Ko Samui

I can count on one hand the amount of reviews I have written but was so disappointed with this I took the time to share my experience. The initial though was it was going to be nice, place was empty and we took a table for the 7 of us (3 Kids) Ordering regular sodas which took maybe 10 minutes to arrive (remember we are the only customer) They forgot my drink so I had to order again, and they also brought one of the drinks wrong and then took another 10 minutes to change. When the drinks did come they had the sense to put the glasses next to the baby and he quickly pulled a glass to the floor which we were later charged for the breakage. A large choice in the menu so we took several minutes to decide and in the end we went for the Mexican tacos, enchilada, quesadilla & nachos, The food came out in 10 minute intervals rather than all at once so we ended up eating individually which isn't ideal. The food was so so, eatable but wouldn't be rushing back there anytime soon, the kitchen is open so the fumes from the kitchen often waft through and its not the most pleasant aroma & would suggest they invest in a better extractor fan. We had to ask for the bill 3 times and without exaggeration it took 25 minutes to arrive, a 10% service charge was added which was a liberty when the service was way below what you would expect considering the price of the food. I was really looking forward to this as I've seen it advertised a few times on facebook. Unfortunately the experience wasn't great. Ribs were amazing thank you. Nachos came with very little cheese and no jalapeños, (which I love!!). Never mind, I don't mind if they have run out these things happen. But then I got my sizzle plate to make my own wraps, as you will see from the pictures, not as pictured in the menu. 2 palm sized tortillas and the salsa, guacamole and sore cream cheese cost 150thb. One of the best restaurants that I've been in Thailand! The food was great especially the crayfish which i really enjoyed. The restaurant offers nice fresh seafood dishes but also meat and vegetarian dishes. I'll definitely recommend this place, the only problem is the toilet which is located at the building behind the restaurant which is not really convenient especially if you are stuck in the weather conditions as...
