C&W coffee Restaurant — Restaurant in Ko Yao Yai

Small cozy restaurant air-conditioned, super friendly people and delicious food which was served very quickly. We had both Thai-food and a mushroom pasta which all was very tasty. At a certain moment many flying ants came into the restaurant and the lady apologize for but of course she couldn't do anything about this sudden nature event. She asked us if she was allowed to turn off the light and open the door so the insects could fly in the direction of the outside light, which works. The location is near to the resorts, with better food at lower prices, so worth a walk if you're staying nearby. We generally thought the food was tasty and a good value. The Drunken Noodle and Phad Thai were pretty good, though the prior had noodles that were a bit gelatinous when we prefer a bit crispier. We came here twice for food on our four day stay on this part of the island and can say all of the Thai dishes we had here were DELICIOUS and very generous portions.

The staff here are also very friendly.

Cheese burger was okay if you're desperate for a taste of home (watch out for the full wedge of onion though) and if you get the pizza, ask for it without all of the slices of onion on the tomato sauce base.

Overall I'd go back but stick to Thai...
