Luna Beach Bar — Restaurant in Krabi Province

As a patron of Luna Beach Restaurant in Krabi, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the overall experience. Regrettably, I have to rate this establishment with only one star due to several significant issues encountered during my visit.

First and foremost, the food quality at Luna Beach Restaurant was far below expectations. Not only was it unpalatable, but it also resulted in me falling ill shortly after dining there, not sure if they used filtered water for their shakes, but I was throwing up violently shortly after. This unacceptable lapse in food safety standards reflects poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer well-being.

Additionally, the behavior of the restaurant staff was highly unprofessional. The workers displayed rudeness and immaturity, which further tarnished the already disappointing experience. Customer service should be paramount in any dining establishment, yet Luna Beach Restaurant failed miserably in this regard.

While the bar vibe may have seemed appealing, it does little to compensate for the abysmal quality of the food and the poor treatment received from the staff. Furthermore, the exorbitant prices charged for subpar fare only add insult to injury.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against dining at Luna Beach Restaurant in Krabi. Save yourself the disappointment and potential health risks by exploring other dining options...

The food here is very mid and not worth the price. Small portions, meals do not match the photos and staff don't look very happy.

Ordered 3 meals between my partner and I, 1 of which was a salad (trying to get some greens in because most meals we find are all fried and meaty) but when the salad came there was a sprinkle of cabbage and carrot.

There was lettuce/cabbage and other greens in the menu photo. Also ordered a massamam curry which was a completely different colour from the photo and mostly liquid, there was no flavour it did not taste freshly cooked - have had better massamam curry in Australia.

Ordered a couple of drinks that came in really slim glasses so they were really small portions as well - you could tell they were trying to save on ingredients in the drinks.

Will not be returning 🚫 just another...

My fav here is mango sticky rice. Luna Bar is a wonderful spot to unwind and relax, especially after a hectic day.
