Au Ha Coffee — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Door was open and had gorgeous sea views. Walked in with my family and said a cheerful Goodmorning to the staff. The two staff didn’t look up from their phones but I stood and waited at the counter. Husband said to me I don’t think they are open yet, I looked at the clock on the wall that had 10.30 and door said 8.30am open so I was a bit confused as they should be open, then I realised clock hands weren’t moving so it must be broken and not that time. I asked the staff member whats the time please and they were very rude and said 8.17 to me and I was like oh okay so your not open. They just said nothing and looked back at their phones and my family and I left and we said to each other right that was rude we won’t go back. Terrible customer service - don’t open your door if not ready for customers, and if people walk in then communicate if you are not open instead of being so rude and ignoring them. The most disgusting experience of going to breakfast. The prices are high, but it didn't matter when we went there. The food is nothing special, they cooked it just to make it. But the most important thing is that it is simply the most DISGUSTING SERVICE OF ALL THE ESTABLISHMENTS IN THAILAND, ALL THE CITIES AND ISLANDS COMBINED. They discuss everyone in a negative way right in front of the customers. And when we asked them to clear the table, they ignored us several times. Then they said, you need to clean it up yourself. When we gave them their own trash, they started yelling at the customers. The management should urgently pay attention to the inadequate behavior of the staff and the simply disgusting service. I am simply shocked that we encountered what we encountered. In real life, everything was even worse than what is written here....

A DISASTER OF WAITRESSES!!!! From the moment I walked through the door they didn't even deign to say hello. The bar was empty and, even though they could have been more friendly and given me proper attention, they were cold and not at all friendly, pleasant or polite. They spent their time making fun of the customers and talking about their lives (you have to be careful because more people than you think understand Thai).
