Phi Phi Villa Restaurant — Restaurant in Krabi Province

The only good thing about this restaurant is the view.

Service is disgusting. Staff are lazy and just sit around. We ordered a pizza and fries and they made the wrong one. We asked them to make the correct one and bring out a fresh portion of fries to go with it which the staff member agreed to. 20 mins later the pizza came but no fries. When we called over the waiter to discuss this, he tried to palm us off by sending another waiter whilst he was sat on his phone. We had to confront him about the situation and all he did was laugh in our face.

We spoke to the manager and he was yet again laughing behind his back. Unfortunately the manager was not skilled enough to resolve so we ended up paying for a cold portion of fries along with the rest of our order. After the staff member spoke with the manager he gave the most insincere apology. The staff member was later with an another colleague whilst I was at the poolside and they pointed at us laughing. Absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional.

I had to get my own cutlery, call over waiters multiple times even though the restaurant was empty and when it rained no one helped us bring things in.

All staff were all sat around messing around until the manager came - that’s when they all stood up pretending to be busy. Very very very lazy staff. Don’t go here, there are plenty of other places with better views and nicer service.

I wish I checked the reviews before even looking at this place with some seating arrangements (can’t call it a restaurant, sorry!). Absolutely horrendous experience. After taking order staff returned to tell us that they are pretty much out of everything we ordered. Seeing pizza oven, we asked for 4 pizzas.. as expected, after bringing one totally different piece of dough we were told that the stone oven is both working today(🧐). Cherry on the cake was a pizza with ROTTEN salmon! The stench started from the kitchen as it was being brought to our table. After moving the cheese on the pizza I had to excuse myself overboard (at least the fence and the beach was close to our table). After calling the staff to enquire whether it was a joke or hidden camera show, their response was “yes, it is bad, we tried it; sorry”. I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. I ordered a pizza that looked delicious in the menu photos, but what I received was nothing like that. It tasted like a cheap frozen pizza from a supermarket—bland dough, low-quality ingredients, and absolutely no authentic flavor.

The service was also disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t care about the customers’ experience. When I mentioned that the food didn’t match the pictures, they responded with indifference.

If you’re looking for a good meal, go somewhere else! This place offers nothing but overpriced, mediocre food.
