MOLLY’S — Restaurant in Mae Hong Son Province

I live in Pai and eat 80% of my meals here. This is a very nice restaurant. It is very nice inside, is air conditioned so you don't have to worry about insects dive bombing your mashed potatoes. Everything on the menu is delicious but my go to meals are The Big Burger, Bangers and Mash, and The Breakfast Wrap. They make their own sausage here, not store bought. The Burger has a 200 gram patty made from imported beef and is the best burger in town and is served with their homemade sauce. The french fries here are freshly cut fries and are delicious. For a special treat, try the steak menu, chicken breast or Australian Striploin. This dinner features Cafe D e Paris Butter. This is a meal you would not think to find in Pai. Bored grumpy waitress mumbled something like ‘you pick menu you choose you come back’ for the only guest in the venue.

Got extremely awful toad in a whole and a salad that was cut, like, in halves.

Worst ever mashed potato, mixed from powder and water, no milk no butter, not even salt, hell they haven’t even mixed it well.

Sausage was good enough, but I doubt they make em themselves..

Poor coffee is not to be mentioned even.
