An Unforgettable Experience at Cucina – JW Marriott Phuket

We had an exceptional evening at Cucina, the Italian restaurant at JW Marriott Phuket. One of the most outstanding aspects was the maître d’, a true professional. Although we don't recall her name, her kindness, poise, and evident experience left a lasting impression. She guided us throughout the evening with genuine care and excellent recommendations.

We decided to sample a variety of dishes to explore the menu thoroughly: burrata starters, excellent pizzas, perfectly cooked pasta, and incredibly tender lamb. Every dish was executed with attention to detail, and it’s clear that Cucina places a strong emphasis on quality and presentation.

The atmosphere was both refined and welcoming, and the entire team showed a level of hospitality that is truly rare. We highly recommend Cucina to anyone visiting Phuket who is looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with...

This place is amazing. The food are great and the service are remarkable! First dish came the Bruschetta which suppose to be serves in 3 pieces but they came in 4 because the chef noticed that we came in 4 and that was touching Recommended dish for me was the baby chicken! Though I’m not the white meat fans. The chicken skin were light and crispy and the meat was so tender and juicy. The Bruschetta was one my favorite too.

The price was reasonable. Surprisingly cheap comparing to restaurants in the city with the five star quality and service.

Overall me and my friends all happy with the choice we had today for both main dish and desserts. Our dinner was served by Chef Prem.

We had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Cucina, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance.

The food was absolutely divine—every dish bursting with authentic flavor. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the dessert was a heavenly finish.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about both the food and the guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, offering great recommendations and always checking in with a smile.
