Broth Master Suki — Restaurant in Makkasan Subdistrict

8/10 for the borth Good broth as their name. I've tried ribs, chicken and mala broth. All are good but just the qulity of fesh foods and service are not standard. we've waited for 30-40 mins to get our first tray of meat...still no complaining (to deal with big group as a new business might be tought) till our patience ran out. So after complaining, food came but still not what we ordered. Raw meat (pork and beef) were good enough but some items on the shelve kinda not fresh ( seafoods look so sad and sour meatball...as it shouldn't be)

The satff did say sorry and I do appreciate that but I'm writing this direct to the owner to take care more of all mangements. You do have a bunch of table that's mean you're pretty sure you able to handle with customers but it was different from what i saw.

Sound like I complained a lot but really want you guys to get this feedback and...

the chinese.name is 湯老大，meaning no. 1 broth, so the restaurant prides itself on the broth it used for the hot pot. In fact, i love its broth, especially the 12 hours collagen, and pumpkin, which i did not found yet in other hot pot restaurant which i like to go, eg MK, Riverside Grilled Fish and Mala (江边城外)，heidilow (海底捞). The other soup or broth available include chicken soup, malatang soup, tomyum soup and porkrib soup.

Amongst the three main food incredients packages, I chose the standard package as it seems offer more variety of incredients for hotpot and not too many meats.

The restaurant is decorated in modern chinese style; which i like, and it is good to dine in a cozy environment. The location is convenient, only takes less than maybe 5 minutes walk from nearby MRT...
