🌟 Golden Spoon-Winning Restaurant – So Good We Went Back Twice! 🌟
If you’re heading to Khao Yai, make this your first food stop. We’d heard about this place long before visiting—it’s known as a must-try before entering Khao Yai National Park—and it exceeded every expectation. In fact, we loved it so much, we went back two nights in a row!
Now proudly carrying a Golden Spoon award, this restaurant absolutely delivers on flavour, quality, and charm. The Massaman beef was incredibly tender and rich, full of deep, slow-cooked spices. The deep-fried whole fish was another standout—crispy on the outside, flaky inside, and paired with a zesty Thai sauce that brought the dish to life.
The krapow gai (chicken stir-fried with holy basil) was packed with flavour and heat—spicy, fragrant, and incredibly satisfying. A classic done exactly right. The แกงอ่อม (herbal spicy soup) was rustic, earthy, and soul-warming, while even the fried cabbage wowed us with its smoky, wok-fried goodness.
To top it all off, the desserts were amazing—sweet, indulgent, and the perfect end to an already unforgettable meal. The service was warm and welcoming, prices were fair, and the location is super convenient just before the park entrance.
Whether you’re Thai or a visiting Westerner, this place has something for everyone—and with its Golden Spoon recognition, you know you’re in for something special. A true...
