Barsana Indian restaurant — Restaurant in Pattaya City

I'm sure the food is delicious here (I've included photos of the nice menu), I just wish I could have tried it. My review is simply based on customer service. Although the staff were welcoming and friendly, it was disappointing when I waited for about 20+ minutes with no communication to then find out that what I ordered was not available anymore. I wish I could have been told this within the first few minutes (there were only 3 guests in the restaurant, including myself, so I'm assuming they weren't overly busy?). Ultimately, I left without eating anything as I was concerned that if I started a new order, it would be another 20+ minute wait. The guests near me also seemed to be waiting a long time (as they ordered before I did).

I hope many people can enjoy the food here someday, and I hope that my experience tonight was unique and not common for...

Disappointing experience. When we asked them which is their bestseller dish they said chicken kolhapuri. When we tried it was simple tomato puree like taste with chicken in it. Above that when paying the bill we told them that we didn't have cash and we would pay by card and they said that our machine is not working and other reasons. Then they asked us to do Google pay in INR and asked us almost 120 Rs more than the exchange rate.We asked them why then they said that online rate is different and again reasons.Finally we ended up paying more.When all this was happening the owner of the restaurant was sitting across and smiling which irritated us more. I don't think he knows how to run the restaurant that is the reason I couldn't see any customers inside.Wish him luck. Never ever gonna come here back even if the dishes...

Very good place to have Indian food.A boy named Digvijay runs the restaurant in the hotel. He is a Maharashtrian. Very humble and hardworking. Gives you all the information in pattaya apart from food. The food was delivered to the hotel where we were staying. It takes some time as the food is being cooked. The food is very tasty. Food is prepared fresh and clean. Beer and whiskey are available in the peg system. The bathroom in the hotel is very clean. There is free wi fi in the hotel. There is outside seating. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel but smoking can be done outside the hotel in the lobby. The owner and staff are very friendly. The hotel is open till 1 am. Apart from the menu, they also make whatever you want. There is a pay and park arrangement next to the hotel. There are 20 THB...
