Indigo Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Ever since travelling to BKK, used go visit this restaurant coz they have a very good South Indian and Kerala cusines which is best in the whole of Pattaya. Personally for me I never had an issue with the taste of the food they serve as we could feel like its cooked and served nicely and happened to be friendly with the hands behind it and poor chap Chef Abhijith is very friendly and he does a great job in this very young age... Mr Shan, who is the managing the whole of the firm is also very helpful... He helps us in finding the best but Mr Shan you as a Manager need to groom your waiters as well. I am sorry to say that....

I had a very bad experience last day as I ordered for few shots of whiskey, Red wine,Chilly chicken, Kerala meals and Mutton in gravy... The food was awesome. The billed amount was 2200bhat... Now getting to the point which was insulting for me

Mrs Sumithra who happened to be a experienced waiter for years dont know how to serve red wine and when asked for a chilled glass of wine she gave me ice from some left over piece from there expired ice stock put in a goblet, hey man why do you sell something if dont know how to serve and she was curious in finding which nationality we belong to and said Thai people drink like this... And this is enough comeon manh are you telling me how to drink wine for which I am paying for... Its none of this lafies bussiness to get into our personal things That was a biggest insult from your staff.

Second thing is please ask your waiters to cut there nails properly when they are serving food atleast please keep up to the basic etiquette of serving food. This is not the first time I was seeing this from her end and had from my side personally told her how to do it even though its not ma job.

Mr Shan and Mr Dev please look into the matter and get your staff trained...

Poor hygene. Got bad food poisoning after going to this place. And the toilets smell like they haven't been cleaned for weeks. Avoid. (Indigo & Kerala House seem to be the same restaurant).

IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY: This is not a fake review. I see you have a habit of automatically claiming a review is fake whenever you get a bad review. I think you would do better improving your hygene instead of trying to pretend there's nothing wrong. I only had 1 vegetarian dish and that's the only thing I ate all day. All you had to do is heat it properly....

Delicious food and very good friendly staff. Can order both Northern and Southern Indian food which is best suited for us. As we enjoyed eating dosa as well as Paneer Butter Masala. Quite helpful with the selection and also very good tables and seats. The area is very close to walking street therefore we went to walking street thereafter. Staff are amazing and very helpful with our questions. Paneer butter masala is perhaps bigger than we expected and we had to order Nan to finish the Daal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala. Will...
