Street Bar Marine Beach Hotel — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Nice location on beach road, the restaurant have a good vibe and beatifull lights. It looked like a proper restaurant, so I decided to order the Rib Eye steak. Normally Rib Eye should start from 250-300gram, so I didnt ask the waiter hos many gram the steak was, I ordered medium rare. After a short time, the waiter came back with a little piece of 150gram of well done steak. To be fair, it is very hard to get a small thin piece of steak medium-rare, so when they refired my order, I was surprised they manage to do so. But what was not impressive was the bland taste and the leather texture of that small piece of meat. There was no seasoning on it! So I left dissappointed with shredded strings of meat between my teeth, a bland taste on my tongue, all for 2000baht (2 person). But location was nice and staff was okay. Just...

We pointed out a cooked fly we found in our salmon and organic rice dish and a waiter, and later the manager, just shrug and smile like this is common and of no concern. No offer to change the dish, no offer for a refund, just a total lack of concern for hygiene. To those who still want to go, the salmon was dry but tasty (maybe the fly added taste), the kimchi burger was not bad though I’m not a fan the of sweetened buns, the black ink pasta was good but very spicy. Cocktails were not that good. More expensive than a lot of other places close by. Other than the lack of food hygiene our other main complaint is the band was playing music at concert volume. Lors de mon passage à Jomtien, en Thaïlande, j’ai eu le plaisir de découvrir un véritable bijou culinaire et atmosphérique : le Street Bar du Marine Beach Hotel. Une expérience qui mérite largement d’être partagée tant elle a été exceptionnelle à tous les niveaux.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été frappé par le cadre splendide du lieu. Installé au bord d’une magnifique piscine, avec une vue directe sur la mer, ce restaurant-bar allie parfaitement ambiance détente, raffinement et vue paradisiaque. L’endroit est aménagé avec goût, mêlant design tropical moderne et confort, idéal pour un moment entre amis, en couple ou même en solo pour profiter d’un cadre paisible et élégant. Côté cuisine, la qualité était au rendez-vous. J’ai commencé mon repas avec des huîtres d’une fraîcheur irréprochable, servies avec soin et bien assaisonnées. La salade au poulet était quant à elle délicieusement équilibrée, avec une sauce légère et une cuisson parfaite du poulet. Chaque bouchée révélait le soin apporté aux saveurs, aux textures et à la présentation. Les plats sont servis généreusement, sans jamais sacrifier la finesse. C’est clairement une cuisine qui valorise la fraîcheur des produits locaux et le savoir-faire culinaire thaïlandais avec une touche internationale.

Le personnel était chaleureux, souriant et attentionné, toujours à l’écoute sans jamais être envahissant. Ils ont contribué à rendre cette soirée d’autant plus agréable. Et pour couronner le tout, un concert live venait sublimer l’ambiance du lieu avec de la bonne musique, jouée dans un volume parfait pour discuter tout en profitant de l’ambiance.

Je recommande vivement le Street Bar du Marine Beach Hotel pour tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience gastronomique de qualité dans un lieu d’exception à Jomtien. Un grand bravo à...
