My experience at Little Brother Pizzaria - Jomtien Beach was nothing short of terrible. From the moment my partner and I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. There was no one to greet us, no acknowledgment of our presence, and we had to seat ourselves without so much as a nod from the staff.
After sitting at our table for a couple of minutes without being noticed, I got up and went to the front to read the menu myself — a basic courtesy that should have been provided by the waitstaff. Eventually, when a waitress finally acknowledged us, I ordered a whole pizza and two drinks. The drinks arrived, but that’s where any semblance of decent service ended.
As I enjoyed my beer, I kept an eye on the time. Fifteen minutes passed, and there was still no sign of the pizza. As someone who’s from NYC and has traveled the world, I know that a proper pizza shouldn’t take more than 8-15 minutes to prepare, especially when there were three people in the kitchen. Yet, here we were, waiting far longer than expected.
After nearly finishing my drink and still seeing no food, I decided to step out to a nearby 7/11 and come back. To my disbelief, when I returned, my partner told me she had asked about our order — only to be informed that there had been a mistake and our pizza hadn’t even been started. By this point, more than 30 minutes had passed, and to add insult to injury, another couple who arrived after us had already been served.
I don’t want to speculate on whether favoritism played a role in this — but the optics were bad. It certainly felt like some customers were prioritized while others were overlooked. After waiting so long and receiving such dismissive service, I had no choice but to get up, pay for the pizza I never received, and leave.
This was, without question, a complete waste of time and money. The staff was inattentive and incompetent, the kitchen disorganized, and the overall experience utterly disappointing. To the owner: you should seriously reconsider the name of this establishment, as there is nothing remotely Italian about the service or the atmosphere. If this is the standard, it does a disservice to the proud tradition of Italian cuisine and hospitality.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warranted it. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and...

The pizza is delicious, soft but crispy, and also smells good. The texture of the pizza is very different from normal pizza, it is a special Italian style.
I recommend the four seasons pizza, with added spicy salami. The price is worth it, plus the the service. And the view of the jomtien beach and ocean is nice!
The staff has a good service mind.

Stumbled upon Little Brothers Pizzaria at the beachside in Jomtien and was seriously impressed! The pizza? Absolutely delicious – crispy base, rich flavors, and clearly made with care. Easily one of the best I’ve had in Thailand.
What really made the experience next level was the service. Nanny, my server, was a total star – professional, warm, and attentive, with a beautiful smile that made me feel genuinely welcome. Her English was perfect, which made everything smooth and enjoyable.
Whether you’re after a quick bite or a relaxed meal by the beach, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended – I’ll...
