Do not believe any of the negative reviews. This is a great McDonald's branch in Soi Buakhao. I love ordering with the self-order koisks. Then, you have control of your own ordering process. The staff cannot try to upgrade you to something that you do not want. Then, just go to the counter and pay with cash. And why are people trying to use credit cards at a McDonald's in Thailand? In Thailand, you have to use cash. My credit probably does not work in Thailand either for security reasons. Always bring cash when you visit Thailand.
Sometimes, the food is served slow. For me, that is a god sign because that means that the food was made fresh.
In terms of interior hygiene and cleanliness, they could do better. If you go there late at night, the hall area is a little messy with food debris on the floor below most tables. I do not know why the staff does not bother to clean up the hall area late at night. Maybe, they do it after the late night rush.
The place is not cheap because it caters almost exclusively to foreign tourists But this branch is open 24 hours. So you cannot beat that.
