Quite a bit disappointed. I was here 2 years ago and had a great pizza, came back today and I must say, large portion, great toppings but the pizza bottom was totally raw. Before taking it out of the oven, please check the.bottom, every good baker does that. This is a great place but how can you overlook.something that simple. It is just not as enjoyable to eat when the dough is NOT baked.
When i received the bill I was charged 20% more, when I asked why they said I changed from ham to sausage and the sausage cost more. Really? On the.menu you have a pizza with sausage for 10 bath more. Again a bit more disappointed.
I then show them the foto I took and that it was raw dough. To my surprise the female cook told me that is "normal" really? Then that is even worse as they do not know how to bake in a wood burning oven. Uncooked dough is never normal. I hope the inner sees it differently and can teach his cooks unless he also doesn't know how to bake...

Menu range is quite extensive with many original Italian dishes including many varieties of pastas and desserts. Friend (Italian) and I had several meals as the food was very good for the prices. Appeared to be popular as there were also other regular and new customers at the time from Europe and other countries. Definately one to try it you like real...
