I really like this place and would like to stay more often. It's good place. A few things to mention to everyone:
Floors need to be swept often, because there's a lot of foot traffic. So when you get up to use the restroom your feet pick up lots of sand. Bring sandals/flip flops.
Don't turn on the lights after 10pm or before 10am. Use your cell phone light. Others are sleeping from long flights or late nights out! If you need to go through your personal things, bring them in the hallway if there in noisy plastic bags! I wear ear plugs, but plastic bag noise cuts right-through them. Use a low voice during those hours as well!
FYI: The shower water heaters have little lights on indicating a tripped switch on the unit. No lite indicators means it should be working. It's the opposite in other hostel/hotel across Thailand.
Laundry with dry: Go out from the reception desk and there's a side-soi entry/exit. There's two laundry places a few doors down. The one on the right charges 100 baht per standard load (Thai load), washed/dry. Ask for when it's done. You can request it done sooner if it's really a need. The opposite laundry person will iron your clothes, but in my experience, the first place does a good job folding and packing the clothes without many wrinkles.

Read moreLast time stop here about 5 years ago. Since then made a renovate, add hostel dorm rooms. It look way better now.||At lobby have a restaurant with thai cuisine WITH STREET PRICES!!!. If you want some english breakfast or like that - no problem but then pay as in regular restaurant.||I've stayed in a single and it was good. Cleaning as regular as you put "please, make my room clean" sing on a door. Furniture in not new but i'm not the person who care about stuff like this. No bugs, no mosquitos and i'm happy. Only 2 things bother me: 8-10 am some works inside a hotel or nearby. Somebody at corridor speak each other like on the street every day. Outside my window was on locals houses and thais wake up when farangs lay down to sleep, so...if you not sleep deep, then you not sleep at all.||Oh, in my room air con barely works but enough for me not to feel hot, but for others it can be a problem, so check it when check in.||Because of location - there is no problem with anything. It's literally in the middle of Pattaya.||For guests ID-card on reception. No add charges.||Notice: check in time - 2 pm. I've been lucky they has clean prepared room.
