Pladao Cafe — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Pladao Cafe by Zand Morada Hotel in Pattaya is a fantastic spot offering a variety of food, drinks, coffee, desserts, and more. They’re open day and night, making it a convenient choice any time.

I visited on a Tuesday night around 9:30 PM, just before their last order at 10 PM. I tried the mixed berry cheesecake pie and a cocktail made with egg whites (I can’t remember the name), but it tasted amazing!

The bartender was especially impressive—so kind, talented, and attentive. He crafted the cocktail perfectly and added such a warm and welcoming touch to the experience.

The food was pretty good. But the service was pretty poor at least how they dealt with a mis understanding of the bill. They billed us the wrong about, to be honest I didn't event noticed bit then they got 2 or 3 guys to come get after us, which was embarrassing and annoying. Then they blamed us for there mistake. The lady at the counter was very aggressive which caused my wife to get very upset. Also I don't think they really knew what we had and think they guessed and that's what maybe caused the confusion. Been here 2 times, now not again. 1st time we sat upstairs close to the band and really lousy service. 2nd time we got a seat close to pool and food arrived fast and lovely tasting. But any additional service from the lazy, ignorant, unfriendly staff is HARD to get. I saw 2 more tables suffering from same lazy staff treatment.
