Ronin Bar — Restaurant in Pattaya City

We spent Sat night at Ronin bar to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I did not want to go to a boring restaurant and just eat . We had gone to the Darkness bar and saw that Ronin was somehow affiliated. When we arrived this beautiful woman seated us over at the bar( she’s one of the owners and I forgot her name ) don’t worry I’m going back again so I will get it. The space is dark and sexy the people are so friendly. Both owners were absolutely amazing. There was a Highball Event going on. We paid 740 baht to drink from 7-9 free highballs. The mixologist explained all the drinks and the order we would start with. Since we arrived in Thailand last Oct. I have to say this was the best time I’ve had thus far. For me I felt like I was at a party at a friend’s house and not a bar.The owners kept coming over to check on us they also had a live band and the singer sang Ed Sheeran perfect for us and after the song the entire room said Happy Anniversary, it brought me to tears . We were also presented with a heart shaped sushi cake ( they had me at sushi )If you are in Pattaya and are looking for an upscale bar with a great atmosphere and cocktails and most importantly a friendly place then please please go to Ronin bar. My bday is July 11 and I’m definitely going back. I’m not a big drinker but getting dressed up and enjoying a lovely cocktail with my husband at Ronin is heaven to me. It’s hidden behind the restaurant and offers a dimmed intimate seating. The bar stools are super comfy and get you to observe the show craftsmanship on the first row. Great place. The Ronin Bar is located behind the Ronin restaurant and if you like sushi, you will love the Ronin restaurant, but back to the bar. They have a large selection of cocktails which are self crafted and they also have list of standard cocktails as well. I really loved the Popcorn Cocktail with popcorn syrup.
